Vincent Neate, Partner, Head of KPMG Sustainability Advisory Services Vincent is UK Head of KPMG’s Sustainability Services which works with the Board and C-Suite to identify and implement the changes necessary for long term sustainable success in a complex and fast moving world. Vincent brings 20 years of business consulting experience to the sustainability agenda including strategy, business transformation, process reengineering and change management. As leader of Sustainability Services Vincent has been responsible for building a focused team that supports clients with three core service lines. Sustainability Strategy where he has experience of developing the business case for action, stakeholder engagement and policy and strategy design; Reporting & Assurance providing non-financial opinions for a range of blue chip clients; and Transactions & Restructuring advising clients on the risks and opportunities in M&A and restructuring across commercial and environmental issues. Vincent is Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee of the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and has served on the Legal and Technical Committee of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. Vincent is Chairman of the Trustees of Fight for Peace, a charity working with young people who are at risk of drug and gang-related violence and is also a trustee of the baby charity frombabieswithlove.org
