Seppie Petzer, Director, KPMG Brisbane’s Internal Audit, Risk and Control Services division specialising in Major Project Advisory
Seppie has more than 20 year’s internal audit, risk management and performance improvement experience. For the past eight years Seppie’s focus has been on Major Projects Advisory.
Seppie recently joined KPMG after working as an Advisory Partner for Ernst & Young in South Africa. Seppie led or was part of the leadership team of numerous internal audit clients. In addition, Seppie was the Major Projects Competency Leader advising and guiding major project clients. Since 2005, Seppie worked on the outsourced internal audit of a large transport and logistics organisation. Responsibilities included internal audit, risk management and performance improvement relating to major projects as well as health and safety.
 
Ebrahim Ahmad Al Mannai – Manager, Qatar Petroleum
Mr. Ebrahim Al-Mannai is currently the Chief Coordinator (CEO) of Gulf International Services, a listed company in Qatar exchange, the largest service group in Qatar, with interests in a broad cross-section of industries, ranging from insurance, re-insurance, onshore and offshore drilling, helicopter transportation, in addition to repair and maintenance of helicopters, and industrial Catering and services. Reporting directly to H.E. Dr. Mohammad Bin Saleh Al-Sada, Minister of Energy and Industry and Chairman of GIS.

Also Mr. Al-Mannai is the Manager, accounts and financial services in Qatar Petroleum, Finance Directorate in which he manages and directs the professional and technical support and advice on all major financial and accounting matters, including systems development, accounting policy, financial governance, tender evaluation & financial principles and practices in QP and its group of companies.

He responsible for arranging many limited/non recourse long-term financing from international financial markets for QP Projects and Joint Ventures. His responsibilities included the financing of mega gas/petrochemical/power projects, agreements negotiation, supervision of consultancy projects and information development/structuring aiming to promote QP and the State of Qatar to various financial institutes and rating agencies. Mr. Al-Mannai served or currently serves in numerous prestigious boards and committees of multiple well-known local and international companies.

As for his educational background, he holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1996 with a BA majoring in Business Administration Accounting.
 
Mohsen Al Kindi, Vice President (Projects), ADGAS
Mohsen has over 23 years work experience in Abu Dhabi Oil and Gas sector. Most of the work experience revolves around Project’s Management activities.

He holds an MBA, and has completed his Basic Engineering Degree from Florida Institute of Technology, Florida – U.S and proceeded to pursue MBA in Computer/ Control Systems Engineering from American University of Sharjah – U.A.E.

Mohsen is presently serving ADGAS as Vice President (Projects) after a stint of work experience with ADMA- OPCO, and gaining practical experience lasting 17 years.  Adding to his work experience is the credit of having accomplished Feasibility Study/Pre-FEED/FEED /EPC and commissioning tasks of the various projects handled – all of which were a multi-million project, like OAG/MCHO/FHER/ADMA-OPCO’s USGIF project and the present IGDS project to name a few. Currently He is working on the PNT/Power Generation/IGD-Expansion Projects


 

Mansoor Mohamed Al-Mehairbi is the Senior Vice President for Projects (SVPP) at Hosn Gas

Mr. Mansoor Mohamed Al-Mehairbi is the Senior Vice President for Projects (SVPP) at Hosn Gas. He manages the Projects group which is responsible for eight EPC packages spanning across the globe and has a contract value of multibillion USD. Mr. Al-Mehairbi is a member of Projects Steering Committee (PSC) for FERTIL2 Project and is a Board Advisory Committee (BAC) member of ADNOC-Distribution. Mr. AL-Mehairbi started his career in ADNOC in the Projects Directorate where he gained project experience, after that he joined one of ADNOC's group companies - TAKREER (Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company) where he worked in Major Projects Division. He then moved on to Business Support Division where he was responsible for Business Development, Strategic Studies, Planning& Organization Development, IT management, Corporate Legal Counseling, Feasibility, pre FEED studies and SOR Development.

Mr. Al-Mehairbi was the key driving force in the development of Takreer Research Centre (TRC), which is one the first research centres in the ADNOC group of companies. He was involved right from the conception and development, through the execution and commissioning as well as the operation of the TRC. Mr. Al-Mehairbi has graduated from the Northeastern University in Boston, USA with B.S. in Industrial Engineering and has done certification courses in project management from the University of South California, USA.
